Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal request.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Securely place the eyewear in its original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
